Nicole is a passionate advocate for women in engineering and technology, championing visibility and pathways that empower women to lead in technical fields. Recognised for her pragmatic, outcomes driven approach, she brings a strong voice to conversations about innovation, inclusion and the future of the energy and technology workforces.

In her current role as Director, Microgrids at Schneider Electric, Nicole is at the forefront of driving strategy, innovation and delivery of advanced distributed energy solutions.

Caitlyn Young

Caitlyn is the Founder and Director of Becentia Consulting Engineers and a passionate advocate for thoughtful, user-centred healthcare design. As a qualified electrical engineer with a strong background in building services project management, she brings a practical, collaborative approach to delivering high-quality engineering solutions within complex healthcare environments.

Specialising in healthcare electrical systems, sustainable and architectural lighting, and lightning protection, Caitlyn is focused on creating safe, compliant, and resilient facilities that support both clinical outcomes and user experience.

Through close collaboration with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams, Caitlyn is committed to elevating the role of engineering in healthcare design while championing leadership and representation for women within the industry.

Kellie Williams

Kellie Williams AFCHSM is an Environmental Scientist and Environmental Health Officer with a background in Nutrition and also holds a Master of Disaster Resilience & Sustainable Development and a Graduate Certificate in Health Service Innovation. Kellie has worked across Allied Health, Public Health, conservation, disaster management and sustainability roles across Queensland over the past 16 years.

Kellie leads environmental sustainability and climate resilience work for Metro North Health and contributes expertise across the sustainable healthcare sector.
