How do I sign up?

What payment methods are available? 

You can complete payment via direct deposit, by emailing remittance to amy@icebergevents.com.au or via card upon check out. Please note that all card transactions incur a 2.2% surcharge.

Can I transfer my registration?

You are more than welcome to transfer your registration to an alternative delegate. Please inform amy@icebergevents.com.au of their name, position, contact details and organisation. 


How do I cancel my registration? 

All registrations must be made in writing via email, to amy@icebergevents.com.au. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the conference, which can be found here. 

What if my company's payment terms are longer than seven days? 

If you are expecting your payment to be late, please contact amy@icebergevents.com.au to make this known, to avoid your registration being cancelled. 

Where can I stay? 

The 2026 IHEA National Conference has a small accommodation block at the Sea World Resort, at a reduced rate. Navigate to our Accommodation page here to learn more!

The IHEA National Conference will be held on 4 - 6 March 2026 at the Sea World Resort Conference Centre, Gold Coast, QLD.
