Speaking Opportunity

• One (1) five-minute presentation in the Sponsor Pitch Zone, delivered during a meal break. Presentations with a technical focus are most welcome.

Acknowledgement of Sponsorship at the Conference

• Silver sponsor logo to appear on conference registration desk signage
• Verbal recognition of sponsorship during the opening plenary session of each conference day
• Silver sponsor logo to appear on PowerPoint slides during the opening session
• Clearly identified as a Silver Sponsor on your name badge

Attendance List

• Attendance numbers and an electronic delegate list (name, position, and organisation) to be made available one week prior to the conference, and final delegate list post conference subject to delegate consent.

Sponsorship Entitlements

• Three (3) x complimentary conference registrations, where registration includes attendance at the welcome reception, plenary sessions and conference dinner
• One (1) insert (promotional flyer or corporate gift) to be placed into the conference satchel bag. Promotional flyer must be no larger than A4 size. Any corporate branded gifts must be approved by the conference organisers.
