LEAD CAPTURE INFORMATION - FOR EXHIBITORS

All exhibitors will have access to our lead management system through the attendee app. Download details have been emailed out to all attendees. If you haven't received the details, please email amy@icebergevents.com.au. Download details can also be found below. 

All delegates will have a contact QR code on their name tag and app (under the + icon on the top left-hand side of the app). As a way of exchanging details with the attendees, exhibitors can utilise the "Scan Leads" tab in the app to scan delegate QR codes.

From here, all your leads will be automatically stored in the exhibition portal, which has been emailed to your company's primary contact. You can download the list as an excel sheet. 


Who Can Scan Leads?
All team members registered through the Sponsorship Registration Form have been granted permission to scan leads. If you would like any other team members to be added, please don't hesitate to contact amy@icebergevents.com.au.



What To Set Up Before You Arrive

Lead Scanning Questions, Auto Thank You Emails and Lead Alert Emails can be set up through the exhibitor portal emailed to your company's primary contact. 


Navigate to:

Exhibitor Portal > Leads > Set Up


1. Lead Scanning Questions 

Lead Scanning Questions appear immediately after a delegate’s badge has been scanned. They prompt exhibitors to capture relevant information about the interaction.

These can be as simple as a general “Notes” field for recording comments, or more detailed, tailored questions. 


2. Auto Thank You Emails

Automated Thank You Emails are sent directly to delegates after they have been scanned at your booth.


3. Lead Alert Email

In addition to the thank you email, you may set up an Alert Email to your internal sales team which will include the contact information and the answers to your custom questions.

As well as lead capture, the app will host information such as the program, speakers, exhibitor details, and much more!

We strongly encourage you to download the app prior to your arrival to the Gold Coast and familiarise yourself with the features. 

Please note that there will be no printed conference program. The app is your key source of information for the conference. 


Your Login Details
Your username (email address) and pin will be emailed to you by Iceberg Events and can be found on your name tag. Please check your inbox for these details.

Once logged in, update your privacy and settings and upload your photo to complete your profile.
