All delegates will have a contact QR code on their name tag and app (under the + icon on the top left-hand side of the app). As a way of exchanging details with the attendees, exhibitors can utilise the "Scan Leads" tab in the app to scan delegate QR codes.
From here, all your leads will be automatically stored in the exhibition portal, which has been emailed to your company's primary contact. You can download the list as an excel sheet.
Lead Scanning Questions, Auto Thank You Emails and Lead Alert Emails can be set up through the exhibitor portal emailed to your company's primary contact.

1. Lead Scanning Questions
Lead Scanning Questions appear immediately after a delegate’s badge has been scanned. They prompt exhibitors to capture relevant information about the interaction.
These can be as simple as a general “Notes” field for recording comments, or more detailed, tailored questions.
2. Auto Thank You Emails
Automated Thank You Emails are sent directly to delegates after they have been scanned at your booth.
3. Lead Alert Email
In addition to the thank you email, you may set up an Alert Email to your internal sales team which will include the contact information and the answers to your custom questions.
We strongly encourage you to download the app prior to your arrival to the Gold Coast and familiarise yourself with the features.
Please note that there will be no printed conference program. The app is your key source of information for the conference.
