SATCHEL SPONSOR
Sponsorship of the official conference satchel bag offers excellent exposure as it provides one organisation with leading sponsorship benefits during the conference and beyond. The satchel will contain sponsor promotional materials and a delegate gift. The satchel bag will be distributed upon registration to every delegate, sponsor/exhibitor and speaker.
Sponsor Entitlements
- Your company's logo to appear on the front of the satchel bag alongside the IHEA corporate logo (organising committee's discretion as to logo being printed in full colour or mono)
- Two (2) inserts (promotional flyer or corporate gift) to be placed into the conference satchel bag. Promotional flyer must be no larger than A4 size. Any corporate branded gifts must be approved by the conference organisers.
- Satchel bag will be sourced by the conference organisers. An artwork proof of the branding on the satchel bag will be sent to you prior to print production for your approval. Logo to be supplied by the sponsor in .EPS format.
- One (1) complimentary conference registration which includes access to day catering, plenary sessions, welcome reception and conference dinner
New Opportunity
- The opportunity to nominate for one (1) five-minute presentation in the Sponsor Pitch Zone, delivered during a meal break. Presentations with a technical focus are most welcome.
