Sponsor Entitlements

  • Ability to supply branded takeaway cups / keep cups and napkins with company logo (additional expense) 
  • Two (2) inserts (promotional flyer or corporate gift) to be placed into the conference satchel bag. Promotional flyer must be no larger than A4 size. Any corporate branded gifts must be approved by the conference organisers. 
  • One (1) complimentary conference registration which includes access to day catering, plenary sessions, welcome reception and conference dinner

  • The opportunity to nominate for one (1) five-minute presentation in the Sponsor Pitch Zone, delivered during a meal break. Presentations with a technical focus are most welcome.
