Occupational Health Nurses represent an important membership group within ANZSOM and are key to the delivery of occupational health services throughout Australia. This special event for Occupational Health Nurse delegates provides a specific networking and development opportunity for our nurses, and an opportunity for a sponsor to connect with them.

The sit-down dinner will be a feature of the evening of Monday 20 October 2025. The event may feature a speaker or other activity as arranged with the ASM organising Committee.

It is expected that  20 to 30 people will attend this event.

Sponsorship Entitlements

Opportunities and acknowledgement at the Nurses’ dinner

• Verbal acknowledgement at the Nurses’ Dinner
• Sponsor may provide promotional material (e.g. Merchandise gift for each attendee) at the Nurses’ dinner on approval of the ASM Organising Committee
• Speaking opportunity to provide a 5-10min address at the Nurses’ Dinner

Complimentary Registrations

• Two (2) complimentary tickets to attend the Nurses’ Dinner on Monday night
• One (1) complimentary virtual registration and ongoing access to recorded sessions for 6-months after the event

Acknowledgement of Sponsorship at the Conference

• Verbal recognition of sponsor at the opening of the conference
• Sponsor logo to appear on PowerPoint slides during all conference breaks
• Conference App: Logo to appear adjacent to event on social program page and in program, link and 150-word corporate message

Lead Management

• Lead Management is supported in the App. Scan the delegate’s name badge to access contact details (subject to delegate’s privacy consent). Exhibitors will be able to perform actions such as asking profile questions and tracking leads
• Attendance numbers and an electronic delegate list (name, position, organisation) to be made available 1 week prior to the conference, and final delegate list post conference subject to delegate consent
