Our trade exhibition is a well-visited area of the conference where delegates network with colleagues during all catering breaks. A limited number of trade exhibition spaces are available at ASM 2025.

Sponsorship Entitlements

Trade Exhibition

• 1 x exhibitor space, comprising:
• Furniture: one trestle table and 2 chairs if required
• Power: one single power outlet per table (4amp)
• Flooring: existing venue flooring

Complimentary Registrations

• Two (2) complimentary conference registrations to staff the table (includes Welcome Reception and all catering breaks)
• Two (2) complimentary virtual registrations and ongoing access to recorded sessions for 6-months after the event

Please note dinner tickets for the Tuesday night are not included with this package. You will have the opportunity to purchase tickets separately, with discounts for tables of 10

Acknowledgement of Sponsorship at the Conference

• Verbal recognition of exhibitors at the conference
• Exhibitor logo to appear on PowerPoint slides during all breaks
• Conference App: Logo, link and 150-word corporate message
• Clearly identified as the Exhibitor on your name badge

Conference satchel inclusion

• One (1) insert (promotional flyer or corporate gift) to be placed into the conference satchel bag. Promotional flyer must be no larger than A4 size. Any corporate branded gifts must be approved by the conference organisers

Recognition on Website and all Promotional Material

• Conference website: Logo, link and 150-word corporate message in association with the exhibition
• Promotional emails: Exhibitor logo to appear on all promotional emails
• Social media tile provided

Lead Management

• Lead Management is supported in the App. Scan the delegate’s name badge to access contact details (subject to delegate’s privacy consent). Exhibitors will be able to perform actions such as asking profile questions and tracking leads
• Attendance numbers and an electronic delegate list (name, position, organisation) to be made available 1 week prior to the conference, and final delegate list post conference subject to delegate consent
