Registration
Registrations will open on Monday 4 November 2024. Registration fees include GST. A full registration includes all conference sessions, catering for three days, access to the trade exhibition, one ticket to the Welcome Reception and one ticket to the National Palliative Care Awards Gala Dinner. Any other workshops, site tours, or special events are not included.
A day registration includes access to all conference sessions on that day, catering for that day and access to the trade exhibition for that day. It does not include access to the Welcome Reception or the National Palliative Care Awards Gala Dinner.

Registration timing as follows:
- Early-bird registration opens 4 November, closes 30 June
- Standard registration opens 1 July, closes 18 August
- Late registration opens 19 August
Abstract submission
- Abstract submission will open on Monday 25 November and close on Monday 17 February. We will be accepting abstracts for oral presentations and posters.

Scholarships
We will run two rounds of scholarships for 25OPCC. The first round will open in January 2025 and close in June 2025. This will provide scholarships that cover registration, travel and accommodation. Applicants can only apply for accommodation and travel if they live outside the Brisbane metropolitan area. Successful applicants will be provided with funds to book their own travel and accommodation. Accommodation will be the equivalent of three nights at a standard hotel near the BCEC. Travel costs will be the equivalent of an economy return flight from the nearest major airport and a ground transport allowance of $100. Any variations to this will be managed on a case-by-case basis, in consultation with the scholarship recipient.
The second round will open at the beginning of August and will be for registration only. Applicants who were not successful in the first round are not eligible to apply for the second round.
