Registration terms and conditions
**Non-payment does not constitute cancellation**
Registration: Registration fees for PAWS 2025 are being charged in Australian dollars and include Australian GST. By completing your registration, you have confirmed your attendance at the Symposium and acknowledgement of the below terms and conditions.
Payment: Pre-payment in full of all invoices is required to confirm your attendance at the Symposium by 2 May 2025. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of your registration. For this reason, payment will only be accepted by credit card for bookings after Monday 5 May 2025.
Privacy: PAWS Committee and/or the Conference Organisers (Iceberg Events) will use the information you provide on the registration form to be in touch with you and to provide updates and information related to PAWS 2025. By registering, you agree that we may process your information in accordance with these terms. We will treat your information with respect.
Registration cancellation: All cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events. Cancellations received prior to 2 May 2025 will be refunded less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations received on or after 2 May 2025 will not be refunded, although substitute delegates are welcome.
Insurance: Insurance, including medical cover and travel insurance, is the responsibility of the delegate. The Organising Committee and Conference Organisers will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
Disclaimer: The program is correct at the time of publishing, but the Conference Organisers reserve the right to change the topics and presenters if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on the website.
Liability: The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organisers shall not be held liable for personal accidents or loss or damage to private property of registered delegates of the conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
