The Welcome Reception/Trade Night will be held on Monday 19 May 2025. This event is a 2-hour networking function and is held on the first evening of PAWS 2025.

• Two (2) x complimentary registration, where registration includes attendance at the welcome reception, plenary sessions and Symposium Dinner.
• Single exhibition space in the trade area – 1 x trestle table and 2 chairs.
• One (1) satchel insert into the symposium satchel bag.

• Promotion in the program as Welcome Reception Sponsor.
• Sponsor logo displayed on some promotional e-newsletters.
• Sponsors can provide an article to be published in an upcoming issue of the ISQ newsletter “Invasive Issues”. Article will be subject to approval by ISQ management committee.
• Access to a full delegate list (full name, position and organisation only) at the symposium (subject to delegate consent).
