PAWS 2025 provides an opportunity for display and promotion of products and services that are relevant to pest animal and weeds management at a scheduled time within the program outside the venue. All applications will need to be reviewed by the organising committee and symposium organisers before approval.

• One (1) x complimentary registration, where registration includes attendance at the welcome reception, plenary sessions and Symposium Dinner.
• One (1) satchel insert into the symposium satchel bag.
• Sponsor logo added to slide displayed during recess.
• PAWS 2025 Website – Logo, link and 100-word corporate message to appear on sponsor page.
• Promotion in the program as Outdoor Product Demonstration Sponsor.
• Sponsor logo displayed on some promotional e-newsletters.
• Sponsors can provide an article to be published in an upcoming issue of the ISQ newsletter “Invasive Issues”. Article will be subject to approval by ISQ management committee.
• Access to a full delegate list (full name, position and organisation only) at the symposium (subject to delegate consent).

• Full access to delegates while demonstrating products/services during the allocated demonstration session within the program. 20-minute practical demonstration, timing can be negotiated with the organising committee.

*50% discounted rate applies to any confirmed sponsor or exhibitor package. Rate excludes the lanyard sponsor package and satchel insert. Sponsor or exhibitor must have confirmed an existing package and signed the agreement form to be eligible.
