• One (1) x complimentary registration, where registration includes attendance at the welcome reception, plenary sessions and Symposium Dinner.
• Single exhibition space in the trade area or outdoor space – 1 x trestle table and 2 chairs.
• One (1) satchel insert into the symposium satchel bag.
• Verbal recognition as Exhibitor by the MC/chairperson.
• Exhibitor logo added to slide displayed during recess.
• PAWS 2025 Website – Logo, link and 80-word corporate message to appear on sponsor page.
• Exhibitor logo displayed on some promotional e-newsletters.
• Exhibitors can provide an article to be published in an upcoming issue of the ISQ newsletter “Invasive Issues”. Article will be subject to approval by ISQ management committee.
• Exhibitor logo displayed on the digital program.
• Access to a full delegate list (full name, position and organisation only) at the symposium (subject to delegate consent).

Exhibitor Stand Allocations:

• Designated exhibition space will include a trestle table and 2 x chairs.
• If the exhibitor wishes to furnish or decorate their area with anything other than the trestle table and chairs provided, this is the exhibitors responsibility to hire and at the exhibitor’s own expense. 
• This floor plan is indicative only and is subject to change.
• Allocation of designated exhibition space will be based on:

1. Level of investment and
2. Date of receipt of sponsor agreement form and payment.

The Event Manager will confirm your final exhibition space allocation 6-8 weeks prior to the event.
