Full Registration

Full Conference Registration includes:

Attendance to all conference sessions, access to the exhibition and daytime catering on Tuesday 27 and Wednesday 28 May
A conference satchel
Attendance at 1 x Technical Tour on Monday 26 May
1 x ticket to the Welcome Reception on Monday 26 May
1 x ticket to the Conference Dinner on Tuesday 27 May
The option to attend Sunday Delegate Drinks on Sunday 25 May

Note: The non-member registration rates include a one year individual membership to the IHEA for the 25/26 financial year. This offer is only valid for non-members.

Day only registration includes:

Note: Day only registrations do not include attendance to the technical tours or Sunday delegate drinks.

Day only registration is available for either Tuesday 27 or Wednesday 28 May 2025.

Technical Tours

Use the button below to view information on the technical tours on offer.

Technical tours will be held on the afternoon of Monday 26 May are included in all full registrations.

There are limited spots in each tech tour. Positions will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Full registrations include a ticket to the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner. Additional social function tickets can be purchased for day only registrations or accompanying partners.

Accommodation
