SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT FORM

$1,100 - Exclusive Opportunity 

The Saturday Morning Rehydration Station offers a unique opportunity for a sponsor to support delegates as they recover and recharge after the Retreat's Friday Night Dinner. Positioned at the entry to the Retreat foyer, the station will provide delegates with essential hydration through Berocca and Hydralyte drinks, helping them start the day feeling refreshed and energised. Available for the first time in 2025, this sponsorship allows the sponsor to brand the station with their logo and messaging, ensuring visibility and engagement with attendees as they prepare for the day ahead. The package includes all necessary setup, with the sponsor able to customise the experience and provide rehydrating items at their own expense.

Branding opportunities

  • Your company logo will be promoted on all marketing collateral from the time the sponsorship agreement is signed (acknowledged as Rehydration Station Sponsor)

  •  Your company logo and 100-word company profile will appear on the Retreat website with a link to your company’s home page

Complimentary benefits

  • Access to electronic delegate list (name, position and organisation) one week prior to the conference, and final delegate list at the conference (subject to delegate consent)
  • One trade exhibitor day registration is included for manning the Rehydration Station on Saturday. This registration includes:
    • Manning the station on Saturday morning
    • Access to the exhibition area
    • Name badge
    • All catering breaks on Saturday 7 June only
    • Attendance to the Post-Retreat Drinks (Saturday 7 June 2025)

Tickets to the FLPA Dinner on Friday 6 June are available to purchase separately.

Note: any attendees in addition to the complimentary registrations, are to register via a webform provided by the Retreat Organisers (registration for additional attendees will be subject to availability).
