Out Of Office Zone Sponsorship

The Out of Office Zone will serve as a central highlight of the Retreat, being offered for the first time in 2025. Situated on level 1 of the QT, this area will offer delegates a perfect setting for networking, relaxation, and conducting business in a distinctive environment. The sponsorship includes furniture, and the sponsor will have the opportunity to customize the space with branding and signage at their own cost.

Branding opportunities

  • Your company logo will be promoted on all marketing collateral from the time the sponsorship agreement is signed (acknowledged as Out of Office Zone Sponsor)

  •  Your company logo and 100-word company profile will appear on the Retreat website with a link to your company’s home page

  • Access to electronic delegate list (name, position and organisation) one week prior to the conference, and final delegate list at the conference (subject to delegate consent)
  • Two trade exhibitor registrations are included for manning the Out of Office Zone during the Retreat. These registrations include:
    •  Manning the zone (only) during the Retreat

    • Name badge
    • All catering breaks
    • Attendance to the Welcome Drinks (Thursday 5 June 2025)
