Exhibitor Guidelines


Thank you for sponsoring and exhibiting at the upcoming Family Law Retreat to be held on 5 - 7 June at QT Gold Coast. The below outlines important information about your exhibition booth and attendance at the Retreat. We look forward to seeing you on the Gold Coast!

Venue Information

QT Gold Coast, 7 Staghorn Ave, Surfers Paradise. The exhibition will be held in the Ballroom Foyer and Maui Room on the lower level of the hotel.

Exhibition Opening Hours

Thursday 5 June 5:30pm – 7:30pm (Retreat Welcome Drinks)
Friday 6 June 8:00am – 4:00pm
Saturday 7 June 8:00am – 3:30pm 3:30pm – 5:30pm (Post Retreat Drinks)

Delivery Information

Please click on the button below to download the delivery docket that must be attached to any deliveries made to QT Gold Coast. Deliveries will be accepted no earlier than Tuesday 3 June. Please notify katie@icebergevents.com.au if planning on delivering items prior to the Retreat so each item can be tracked. Please note there is no forklift on site. Return freight must be booked directly with your courier of choice (with consignment note attached) upon the close of the retreat. Freight will be held for no longer than 3 days.

All booths are 3m wide x 2m deep. See booth allocations below and please refer to the floor plan by clicking on the button below for positioning.

Noise During Sessions

In order to maximise exposure and traffic to our exhibitor level booths in the Maui Rooms, there will be no wall in between the plenary sessions and exhibition area. Noise will need to be kept to a minimum during sessions. 

Car Parking

There is a covered carpark at QT Gold Coast. Parking is $30 per day and subject to availability. To guarantee a spot, valet parking is available at $50 per day.

Name Badge

For security purposes ALL exhibitor staff manning trade displays must be registered and wear an exhibitor name badge at all times while at the Retreat.

Bump-in, Bump-out and Operational Times

Exhibitor bump-in time: 1:00pm – 5:00pm, Thursday 5 June
Exhibition open: 5:30pm, Thursday 5 June
Exhibition closed: 5:30pm, Saturday 7 June
Bump-out time: 5:30pm - 6:30pm, Saturday 7 June

Booth Inclusions

Each exhibitor booth includes the following: 
  • 2 x Track spotlights
  • 1 x single power outlet
  • 1 x clothed trestle table
  • 2 x chairs 
The walls are 2.5mH polished aluminum frame with white melamine infill panels and the flooring is the existing venue flooring. Anything outside of the above specifications is to be arranged at the exhibitor’s own expense, with our stand contractor Expo Event Services.

Exhibition Supplier Details

Expo Event Services have been appointed as the official supplier for the exhibition and look forward to meeting your booth equipment and furniture needs. Expo Event Services have already been in contact with all exhibitors.
