SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT FORM

$2,200 - Exclusive Opportunity 

The Massage Station will be a popular feature at the Retreat, providing delegates with a chance to relax and recharge. Located on level 1 of the QT, this space will offer rejuvenating massages in a calming environment. In 2025, this unique sponsorship opportunity will be available for the first time, allowing the sponsor to brand the station with their logo and messaging. The package includes all necessary equipment and the masseur for Friday and Saturday. The sponsor is able to customise the area to their liking at their own expense. The massage station will be available until the end of afternoon tea each day (Friday and Saturday).

Branding opportunities

  • Your company logo will be promoted on all marketing collateral from the time the sponsorship agreement is signed (acknowledged as Massage Station Sponsor)

  •  Your company logo and 100-word company profile will appear on the Retreat website with a link to your company’s home page

Complimentary benefits

  • Access to electronic delegate list (name, position and organisation) one week prior to the conference, and final delegate list at the conference (subject to delegate consent)

  • One trade exhibitor registration is included for manning the Massage Station during the Retreat. This registration includes:
    • Manning the station (only) during the Retreat to assist with bookings and networking
    • Access to the exhibition area
    • Name badge
    • All catering breaks
    • Attendance to the Welcome Drinks (Thursday 5 June 2025)
    • Attendance to the Post-Retreat Drinks (Saturday 7 June 2025)

Tickets to the FLPA Dinner on Friday 6 June are available to purchase separately.

Note: any attendees in addition to the complimentary registrations, are to register via a webform provided by the Retreat Organisers (registration for additional attendees will be subject to availability).
