Sharon Gilbert is the founder and CEO of Charlie’s Safe Treat Box, a business dedicated to providing delicious, worry-free snacks free from the top 10 allergens. As an allergy mum, Sharon understands firsthand the daily challenges families face in managing food allergies. Her personal experience inspired her to create a safe and inclusive treat box filled with snacks ALL free from top 10 food allergens, making life easier for parents and more joyful for children with dietary restrictions.

Under Sharon’s leadership, Charlie’s Safe Treat Box has been a finalist in the Australian Small Business Champions Awards, and she herself has been recognised as a finalist in the Australian Small Business Women's Champion Awards.

Passionate about raising awareness, advocacy, and education, Sharon actively supports the allergy community through resources, blogs, and collaborations. She shares her insights on navigating food allergies with confidence, empowering families to feel safe and included.

Sharon is honoured to speak at FAMS, where she will share her expertise on Allergen Risk Review, helping to drive meaningful conversations about food allergy safety and inclusion.
