Rachael Miller

Director of People and Food Safety, The Arnotts Group

Rachael Miller is the Director of People and Food Safety for The Arnotts Group, spanning Australia, New Zealand and Asia.  Rachael is responsible for establishing organisational standards governing the safety of 3000 employees and ensuring all product manufactured at The Arnotts Group complies with food safety and quality standards.

Rachael obtained her Bachelor of Food Technology at the University of Queensland and has worked within Australia and the United Kingdom as part of her 25-year career in the food manufacturing industry.  Rachael is a passionate sponsor of upcoming leaders and is proud to lead the supply chain diversity, equity and inclusion strategy at The Arnotts Group.
