Marjan van Ravenhorst, food technologist with a long-standing experience in allergen management. She has been working in food industry as an QA Manager and auditor at a certification body and is food-allergic herself.

She is the first endorsed VITAL Trainer outside Australia, an expert in (inter)national allergen working groups and director of Allergenen Consultancy.

Allergenen Consultancy offers training, risk assessment, recall support, legal advice, Allergen Scans of production sites, allergen analysis and rapid tests for allergens for the food business operator, retail and food service.
