MAIKO NAKASHIMA

Maiko Nakashima is an expert with extensive experience in providing information on food allergies and serving as the general manager of the Food Allergy Information and Food Labeling Department at Zensho Holdings CO.LTD.

She is a certified Food Labeling Consultant, of which there are only about 1,000 in Japan, and has deep knowledge and practical experience in food labeling.
