Karin Blacow is the Senior Lead Food Safety Specialist at Commercial Food Sanitation (CFS), joined CFS in 2012 and relocated from Europe to Australia in 2018.

With over 20 years of experience, she is dedicated to training and empowering individuals and teams to drive continuous improvement and believes these always go hand in hand to make a positive change in food safety culture.

CFS focuses on reducing food safety risks and enhancing leadership through strategic consulting and training, with a holistic approach addressing sanitation and hygienic design as well as microbial monitoring, and foreign material control.
