Ingrid Roche has over 25 years’ experience as an Accredited Practising Dietitian, specialising in clinical food allergy and food allergen management in food service settings for the past 15 years. Her experience includes lecturing in the Master of Dietetics program at Curtin University as the Food Service Domain leader and a long stint at Perth Children’s Hospital before taking on her current role leading the National Allergy Council’s food service project.
