Deepa Shrestha Singh is a passionate and accomplished professional specializing in quality assurance, compliance, quality management systems, and food safety management systems. With over 18 years of extensive experience, she has made significant contributions to various industries, including service sectors, manufacturing, and food industries.

Deepa holds a master's degree in medical microbiology and a postgraduate qualification in business strategy and organisational leadership. She began her career as a quality consultant, working with a diverse range of organizations. Her expertise in standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, and Rainforest Alliance etc has been instrumental in assisting companies with comprehensive documentation, training, and implementation of these standards.

Currently, Deepa serves as the Quality Assurance Lead for IXOM Operations Pty Ltd. (Life Science Division), where she manages two sites in New South Wales. In this role, she mentors and guides her team towards continuous improvement in quality, food safety management, and operational targets. IXOM is a global company known for its extensive industry and technical expertise, offering a wide range of products and applications including in food, pharmaceuticals, hygiene, and personal care.

Deepa is recognized for her strong analytical and problem-solving skills. She is adept at handling a variety of complex and evolving tasks with flexibility and precision. Her planning, project management, and organizational skills are highly regarded, and she is accustomed to liaising with diverse stakeholders.
