The official poster of merit presentation session will be held on Saturday 3 August from 12.40 – 1.40 pm. As stated in your ACFC 2024 abstract acceptance letter, you or a member of your group must be at your poster to discuss your work during the formal poster session. ALL PRESENTERS MUST ATTEND FOR THE ENTIRE POSTER SESSION TIMEFRAME.

If you have posters in more than one category, there is no guarantee they will be displayed close to each other. If your poster has more than one author, you may want to divide your poster session attendance responsibilities. Otherwise, attach a note to one of the posters as to where you can be found in your other poster category.
