The official poster viewing session will take place during the lunch break on Saturday, 3^rd August 12.40 pm – 1.40 pm.

We ask that all poster display authors stand by their posters during this time.

If you have been accepted as a poster display, you are not required to prepare a presentation with your poster. 

If you have posters in more than one category, there is no guarantee they will be displayed close to each other. If your poster has more than one author, you may want to divide your poster session attendance responsibilities. Otherwise, attach a note to one of the posters as to where you can be found in your other poster category.
