Registration: Registration fees for the AMSANZ / ASAM Conference 2024 are being charged in Australian dollars. As Conference Organisers (Iceberg Events) are not registered for NZ GST and the service is being delivered offshore, the registration fees DO NOT include Australian or NZ GST. By completing your registration you have confirmed your attendance at the conference and acknowledgement of the below terms and conditions.

Privacy: AMSANZ, ASAM and/or the Conference Organisers (Iceberg Events) will use the information you provide on the registration form to be in touch with you and to provide updates and information related to the 2024 joint conference. By registering, you agree that we may process your information in accordance with these terms. We will treat your information with respect. 

Registration cancellation: All cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events. Cancellations received prior to Wednesday 28 February 2024 will be refunded less a $150 administration fee. Cancellations received on or after 28 February 2024 will be dealt with in a fair and equitable manner.

Accommodation bookings: To take advantage of the discounted accommodation rates, bookings must be made via Iceberg Events. Any changes to your booking must be made via email to Iceberg Events: mika@icebergevents.com.au – not direct with the hotel. Any bookings outside of the conference dates (being in 28 March 2024, out 1 April 2024) will be subject to the hotels' availability and best available daily rate. If you would like to book a longer stay, please email the Iceberg Team as soon as possible. The Iceberg Team will endeavour to accommodate any shoulder date bookings, but please be aware that this is a very busy period in Queenstown.

Full payment for your entire stay must be received before accommodation will be confirmed. If payment for bookings has not been received 45 days out from the event, your accommodation booking will be released. 

A block of accommodation is held for this event, at the prices advertised. Occasionally, the accommodation block shown will be exceeded by a rush of last minute bookings. Should this occur, every effort will be made to acquire more rooms at the rate advertised, at the same, or similar (nearby) venue. Should we be unable to acquire more rooms at a rate equal to or less than the advertised rate, your accommodation deposit will be refunded to you. We will communicate with you throughout this process.

Accommodation cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events prior to Wednesday 28 February 2024. Refunds will not be made on cancellations after Wednesday 28 February 2024 due to group booking policies. Substitutes are welcome. 

Insurance: Insurance, including medical cover and travel insurance, is the responsibility of the delegate. The Organising Committee and Conference Organisers will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

Disclaimer: The program is correct at the time of publishing, but the Conference Organisers reserve the right to change the topics and presenters if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated at www.aerospacemedconference.com.au.

Liability: The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organisers shall not be held liable for personal accidents or loss or damage to private property of registered delegates of the conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.

WARBIRDS OVER WANAKA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Programme displays and exhibitions may be subject to alteration without notice. The right is reserved to vary, add, withdraw or substitute performances, exhibits and displays. Aircraft pictured on this website does not determine their appearance at Warbirds Over Wanaka.

2. All persons admitted to the Airshow site or carparks are advised that airshows include elements of danger and risk of injury.

3. The rights of refusal of entry and removal from the airfield or parking areas are reserved to the organisers.

4. Still and moving photography is permitted from the Warbirds Over Wanaka 2024 venue for private use and bona fide use by news media only. Commercial use of images may be permitted by negotiation with Warbirds Over Wanaka Airshows Ltd.

5. All vehicles must vacate the parking areas at the conclusion of each day's performance.

6. Dogs are not permitted on the airfield or in spectator's vehicles in the car park.

7. Drones are not permitted within 5km of the airfield, as in New Zealand law.

8. Patrons are not permitted to bring food/beverage/eskies and alcohol into the Warbirds Over Wanaka 2024 site. Baby food is permitted.

9. A strict security regime will be in operation at the Warbirds Over Wanaka Airshow 2024. All persons entering this site may be subject to personal or property checks and inspections.

10. All attendees in your group must commit to stopping the spread of COVID-19 and follow the Ministry of Health guidelines.
