Welcome Reception

The welcome reception will be held on the 28 March 2023 in the Gallery and Ballroom foyer at the Millennium Hotel. 

Registration will open from 2pm in the foyer, with the Welcome Reception from 5pm - 7pm.

Dress code: business casual

Conference Dinner

The Conference Dinner will be held on Saturday 30 March 2023. 

Dress code/theme: Aeronautical but Nice. Think captains’ hats, silk scarves, flying goggles. The golden age of flying.

Frocks and suits paired with comfortable footwear.

Where: TSS Earnslaw Steamship, followed by dinner at Walter Peak High Country Farm.

Our group will cruise across Lake Whakatipu on the iconic TSS Earnslaw and disembark for dinner at Walter Peak High Country Farm. The cruise is approximately 45 minutes each way, departing at 7pm and returning at 11pm. For more information, please visit the TSS Earnslaw / Walter Peak website.

The AMSANZ and ASAM Conference will be held on the 28 March - 1 April 2024 at Millennium Hotel Queenstown, New Zealand. Proudly supported by Aviation Medical Society of Victoria.
