The AMSANZ and ASAM Conference will be held on the 28 March - 1 April 2024 at Millennium Hotel Queenstown, New Zealand. Hosted by the Aerospace Medical Society of Aotearoa New Zealand and the Australasian Society of Aerospace Medicine and proudly supported by Aviation Medical Society of Victoria. 

  • Spaces are limited, register now to avoid disappointment 
  • Please note as the conference dates are over the Easter period and school holidays, accommodation is limited
  • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. As this event is being held off shore, there is no Australian GST applicable
  • If you are paying by credit card your statement will display as a transaction with Iceberg Events. There will be no surcharge applicable to credit card transactions.

  • Warbirds over Wanaka
  • Coach transfers to and from Wanaka (Sunday 31 March)

ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS

To take advantage of the discounted accommodation rates, bookings must be made via Iceberg Events. Any changes to your booking must be made via email to Iceberg Events: mika@icebergevents.com.au – not direct with the hotel. 

Any bookings outside of the conference dates (being in 28 March 2024, out 1 April 2024) will be subject to the hotels' availability and best available daily rate. If you would like to book a longer stay, please email the Iceberg Team as soon as possible. The Iceberg Team will endeavour to accommodate any shoulder date bookings, but please be aware that this is a very busy period in Queenstown. 

WARBIRDS OVER WANAKA

Tickets to the Warbirds Over Wanaka Airshow can be purchased on the registration form. This activity is optional and comes with an additional cost. Transfers can also be booked with your registration. 

Our group will travel together to the Warbirds Over Wanaka Airshow on Sunday 31 March and be seated together in the Silver Grandstand.

SOCIAL FUNCTIONS

The welcome reception (Thursday 28 March) and conference dinner (Saturday 30 March) are included in all full conference registrations. Additional tickets may be purchased for accompanying people or day only registrations. 

Welcome reception (incl. in full registration) additional tickets: $80 per person
Conference dinner (incl. in full registration) additional tickets: $160 per person
