The Conference Social Function Sponsor will be the exclusive sponsor of this event. The function will be held on Thursday 5 November 2026. Venue TBC.

• Opportunity to provide 2 x free-standing banners to appear exclusively at the Conference Social Function venue.
• Opportunity to present a 5-minute welcome speech at the Conference Social Function.

• All conference promotional literature and media releases.
• Acknowledgement in conference promotional e-newsletters.
• Sponsor logo and corporate message to appear on the conference app and conference website, including links.

Acknowledgement of Conference Social Function Sponsor:

• Acknowledgement by MC during the opening & closing address.
• Conference Social Function Sponsor to be clearly identified as a sponsor on their name badge.

Access & Attendance List:

• Delegate list (name, position, organisation) to be made available 1 week prior to the conference, and final delegate list at the conference.
