SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS

Sponsors will receive:

• Opportunity to provide a brief welcome address to delegates at the commencement of the conference
• Prominent signage on or near the stage (Sponsor supplied freestanding banner only)

Premier listing of company logos on:

• All conference promotional literature published after the confirmation
• Promotional emails
• Website home page and sponsor page, including company hyperlink
• Conference pocket program

Corporate message:

• 200-word message from the sponsor to be included on the conference website

Trestle trade display:

• Opportunity to display in the catering area for the event
• Double trestle table and 2 chairs provided

Corporate signage:

• 1 x freestanding banner to be displayed in a prominent position at the venue (banner to be provided by sponsor)
• Display of sponsor logo on the PowerPoint sponsor scroll during catering breaks

• Acknowledgement during the conference
• All sponsors to be clearly identified as sponsors on their name badges

Promotional material:

• Opportunity to distribute promotional material in the conference satchel (1 x insert)

Sponsor entitlements:

• 2 x complimentary conference registration, where registration includes attendance at all sessions, the Welcome Reception and the Networking Function
• Opportunity to purchase additional conference registrations at a cost of $600 (inc. GST) per person
