The ANZVS Dermatopathology Prize will be awarded to the best presentation of a case study by either a Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (RCPA) anatomical pathology trainee or early career pathologist OR an Australasian College of Dermatologist (ACD) accredited Registrar or early career dermatologist at the ANZVS Pathology Workshop.
An applicant must be a registered trainee of the RCPA or ACD, or a Fellow of the RCPA or ACD of fewer than 10 years. Previous winners are ineligible to apply.
The successful recipient receives AUD $1,000 and a commemorative plaque.

The award review panel will select cases from submissions that will progress to presentation at the ANZVS Specialist Pathologist Workshop.
Before you apply, please read the Terms and Conditions and abstract guidelines. Submit your application via the abstract portal link below. Applicants should refer to the ANZVS Conflicts of Interest Policy and Privacy Policy.
If you are selected to make an oral presentation, prepare your case in consultation with your Supervisor. Supervisors are encouraged to attend the session to support their trainee and provide expert comment.
The oral presentations will be assessed by a judging panel as determined by ANZVS.
On the day of the oral presentation:
The Prize recipient will be announced at the conclusion of the Pathology Workshop.
ANZVS reserves the right not to award the Prize if no presentation meets a sufficient standard.
Registration fees will be waived for successful applicants. Travel costs are to be covered by the applicant.
