AUDIO RECORDING

Presenters in the main plenary room will be audio recorded and your PowerPoint presentation matched. The final product will used as an educational resource by the Society following the event.

Please complete the consent to be audio recorded and your PowerPoint presentation made available. Complete your consent form HERE.  It will only take 30 secs. If you have any concerns with the audio recording of your presentation please contact Cherono ASAP

AUDIO VISUAL

Basic audio visual will be provided as follows:

• Stage with steps
• Data projector and screen (16:9 ratio)
• Lectern and microphone
• Wireless clicker for advancing PowerPoint slides
• Show laptop at the lectern with direct connection into the AV system
• There will be an audio-visual technician in the room to assist. The technician will assist with any last-minute technical requirements.

Speakers Preparation: On arrival to the Conference or in the catering break before your presentation, please present to the AV desk desk, for the AV Technician to test your slides and pre-load your presentation. 

PRESENTATIONS

Please refer to the conference program HERE for the duration of your presentation.

Videos in your PPT slides can be embedded in your slide or inputted as external links.

Please bring a copy of your presentation on a USB as a back-up.

PLEASE NOTE: As a courtesy to all presenters, program times must be strictly adhered to.

If time permits, each session will conclude with Q&A, facilitated by the session chair.
