SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS

Sponsors will receive:

The coffee cart – the place where everyone wants to be! The coffee cart sponsorship includes espresso coffee supply, the barista and consumables. Sponsor can choose to supply (at the sponsor's expense) branded coffee cups and aprons/t-shirts for the coffee cart to maximise exposure.

Premier listing of company logos on:

• All conference promotional literature published after the confirmation
• Promotional emails
• Website sponsor page, including company hyperlink
• Conference pocket program

Corporate message:

• 100-word message from the sponsor to be included on the conference website

Corporate signage:

• 1 x freestanding banner to be displayed in a prominent position near the Coffee Cart (Sponsor supplied freestanding banner only)
• Display of sponsor logo on the PowerPoint sponsor scroll during catering breaks

Acknowledgement of conference sponsors:

• Acknowledgement during the conference
• All sponsors to be clearly identified as sponsors on their name badges

Promotional material:

Sponsor entitlements:

• 1 x complimentary conference registration, where registration includes attendance at all sessions, the Welcome Reception and the Networking Function
• Opportunity to purchase additional conference registrations at a cost of $600 (inc. GST) per person
