Registration: Registration fees for A Culture of Care Symposium 2026 are being charged in Australian dollars and include Australian GST. By completing your registration, you have confirmed your attendance at the Symposium and acknowledgement of the below terms and conditions. 

Payment: Pre-payment in full of all invoices is required to confirm your attendance at the Symposium by 25 February 2026. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of your registration. For this reason, payment will only be accepted by credit card for bookings after 25 February 2026. 

Privacy: Metro South Health and/or the Symposium Organisers (Iceberg Events) will use the information you provide on the registration form to be in touch with you and to provide updates and information related to A Culture of Care Symposium 2026. By registering, you agree that we may process your information in accordance with these terms. We will also contact you 3- and 6-months post-event to complete a follow-up survey. 

Registration cancellation: All cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events. Cancellations received prior to 25 February 2026 will be refunded less a $99 administration fee. Cancellations received on or after 25 February 2026 will not be refunded, although substitute delegates are welcome. 

Insurance: Insurance, including medical cover and travel insurance is not required however is the responsibility of the delegate. The Organising Committee and Symposium Organisers will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

Liability: The Organising Committee and/or Symposium Organisers shall not be held liable for personal accidents or loss or damage to private property of registered delegates of the conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
