Exhibitor Guidelines
Thank you for sponsoring and exhibiting at the upcoming Multicultural Health Symposium to be be held on the 16 -17 March 2026 at the Brisbane Technology Park.
The below outlines important information about your exhibition display table and attendance at the Symposium.
Venue Information
Brisbane Technology Park | 1 Clunies Ross Court, Eight Mile Plains QLD 4113.
The exhibition will be held in the Atrium at Brisbane Technology Park.
Display
All trestle tables will be equipped with power and 2 chairs.
Allocations
Please view your allocation below:
Bump-in, Bump-out and Operational Times
All set-up must be completed by 8:00am, Monday 16 March before registrations open. You are welcome to bring your equipment on the day, as storage space at the venue will be very limited.
Exhibitor bump-in time: 7am - 8am, Monday 16 March
Exhibition open: 8am, Monday 16 March
Exhibition closed: 4pm, Tuesday 17 March
Bump-out time: 4pm - 5pm, Tuesday 17 March
