KA McKercher (them/they) has been leading and supporting co-design projects for 14+ years and works most deeply in health justice.
KA’s work, their book Beyond Sticky Notes: Doing Co-design for Real and Model of Care for Co-design (2020 & 2023) and many other frameworks (All of Us, Doing Research Together) explore and offer ways to work together with more care, dignity and genuine appreciation of our differences. KA is hopeful we can retire tired habits of project work and revive approaches that include all of us, not just some of us.
