VENUE INFORMATION

The Listen, Connect, Reflect Conference will be primarily held on the Plaza Level of the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC). The exhibition will be held in the foyer space between the Plaza Terrace Room and P1-5. Access to the Plaza Level is via BCEC's Grey Street entrance or Merivale Street.

BOOTH ALLOCATION, BUMP SET UP & BUMP-OUT

Booth Allocation
Your booth number allocation and the floor plan will be released in the coming weeks.

Booth Set Up
All exhibitors will have access to their booth space from 7.00am on Friday 12 May 2023 for set up. Please note registration for delegates will open from 7.30am in the foyer space.

We recommend exhibitors hand carry their stock from the car park to their booth space on the morning of bump in. Exhibitors are able to park in the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre carpark for the duration of the conference. Alternatively there is a loading zone located at the Grey Street entrance to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre for quick drop offs.

All booths must be completed by 7.30am Friday 12 May for the commencement of registration. 

Booth Pack Down
The exhibition space will be able to be packed down post lunch at 1.30pm Saturday 13 May. If your pack down creates excessive noise please refrain from packing down until after sessions conclude at 3.00pm.

 

EXHIBITION INCLUSIONS

Your exhibition sponsorship includes the following:

  • 1 x Dressed Trestle Table (1.8m x 0.9m)
  • 2 x Chairs 
  • 1 x Horizontal pin board 
  • 1 x 10amp power board 

Please ensure you bring along signage for your booth space as signage is not included. 

Please note:
Outside food is not to be brought into the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
All electrical equipment must be tested and tagged.

 

PUBLIC LIABILITY

Please send your company's Public Liability to Amber at amber@icebergevents.com.au prior to 27 April 2023.

 

REGISTRATION

As part of your package you are entitles to one (1) complimentary full conference registrations including the welcome reception on Friday 12 May. If you have not already done do, please advise who your booth representatives will be by emailing Amber amber@icebergevents.com.au with the following information:
