TECHNICAL TOURS
Places for each technical tour are limited, subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-in-first-served basis.
Technical tours can be selected when registering for the conference via the online registration form.

clevertronics factory
A tour of the Clevertronics head office provides insights into the various aspects of emergency lighting. During the tour you will visit:
- The Engineering team where you will see new products or variants being developed, the various testing rooms, and the long term test facility.
- The Operations and Quality departments where you will see our team manufacturing a variety of luminaires for projects across Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
Meeting point: Meet at the registration desk outside The Victory Room at Marvel Stadium.
Time: Meet at 1:00pm for a prompt departure (please note earlier departure time)
Duration: 1.5 hour with 1 hour travel time each way
PPE: Enclosed comfortable shoes. All other PPE will be provided by Clevertronics

Marvel Stadium has welcomed more than 42 million fans through the gates since opening in 2000. This tour will take delegates behind the scenes, viewing areas such as the players change rooms, umpires box and other areas that general public aren’t able to access.
Meeting point: Meet at the registration desk outside The Victory Room at Marvel Stadium.
Time: Meet at 2:00pm for a prompt departure
Duration: 1 hour

new footscray hospital
The new Footscray Hospital will support the increasing demand from Melbourne’s booming western suburbs. With an increase of nearly 200 beds, the new hospital will treat approximately 15,000 additional patients and enable around 20,000 additional people to be seen by the emergency department each year. Construction of the new Footscray Hospital is now underway, with the hospital expected to open in 2025.

SWINBURNE UNIVERSITY - FACTORY OF THE FUTURE
Located on the ground floor of Swinburne’s A$100 million Advanced Manufacturing and Design Centre, this ground-breaking facility is made up of a cluster of specialist equipment with highly adaptive capacity. Cyber-physical factory and collaborative robots with autonomous vehicles allows optimising manufacturing operations, from symbiotic assembly cell to the entire value chain/network scheduling.
