Step 2: To submit an application for a package, download, complete, and submit the sponsorship agreement form

• Acceptance of sponsorship is strictly by completion of the Sponsor Agreement Form.
• Payment of sponsorship monies are required within 7 business days of receiving the sponsorship tax invoice supplied by Iceberg Events (special arrangements can be made).
• Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing 90 days prior to your sponsored event (50% cancellation fee will apply).
• Cancellations received within 90 days of your sponsored event will not be refunded.
• Non-payment does not constitute a cancellation.
