The coffee cart will offer delegates espresso coffee free of charge throughout the conference starting from registration in the morning and running until the conclusion of lunch. The coffee cart sponsorship includes the espresso coffee supply, the barista, and consumables. The sponsor can choose to supply (at the sponsor's expense) branded coffee cups and aprons for the coffee cart to maximise exposure.

• The coffee cart will be promoted within the official program as sponsored by your organisation.
• Opportunity to provide branded coffee cups (to be supplied by the sponsor subject to ASCI and venue approval).
• Opportunity to provide branded uniforms (hats, shirts, etc.) for the coffee cart staff (to be supplied by the sponsor subject to ASCI and venue approval).
• Onsite branding (one freestanding banner) to be prominently displayed in the coffee cart area (to be supplied by the sponsor).

Attendance List

• Attendance numbers and an electronic delegate list (name, position, and organisation) are to be made available 1 week before the event, and the final delegate list post-conference will be made available 1 week after the event.
