Theme and Focus
The one-day conference on sustainability in operations management will explore sustainable methods and principles applied to operational practices. Sessions will apply sustainability to operations processes to reuse and reduce waste and energy consumption, apply circular economy principles to maximise resource efficiency and leverage renewable energy sources for operations. Keynote and stream sessions will underscore the business case for sustainable operations, highlighting benefits such as improved reputation, resilience to climate risks, and long-term cost savings, delivering insights to embed sustainability into your operation, driving positive impact across their supply chains and beyond.
