AUDIO RECORDING

Presenters will be audio recorded and your PowerPoint presentation matched. The final product will used as an educational resource by the Society following the event.

If you have any concerns with the audio recording of your presentation please contact Cherono ASAP

AUDIO VISUAL

Basic audio visual will be provided as follows:

• Stage with steps
• Data projector and screen (16:9 ratio)
• Lectern and microphone
• Wireless clicker for advancing PowerPoint slides
• Floor mounted fold-back monitor to see your presentation with direct connection into the AV system
• There will be an audio-visual technician in the room to assist. The technician will assist with any last-minute technical requirements.

Speakers Preparation: On arrival to the Education Day or in the catering break before your presentation, please present to the AV desk desk, for the AV Technician to test your slides and pre-load your presentation. 

PRESENTATIONS

Please refer to the conference program HERE for the duration of your presentation. If time permits, audience Q&A will directly proceed each presentation, facilitated by the session chair.

Videos in your PPT slides can be embedded in your slide or inputted as external links. 

Please bring a copy of your presentation on a USB as a back-up.
