Delegate and Affiliate Registration Includes:
- Attendance to all meeting sessions
- All catered meals breaks included in the meeting program
- Welcome Cocktail Reception on the evening of Wednesday 5 June 2024
- An invitation to the Prevention Summit Dinner Event for cardiologists and fellows-in-training on the evening of Thursday 6 June 2024 - places are limited and will be allocated on a first come basis
- Post Jeopardy Drinks on the evening of Friday 7 June 2024
- Meeting satchel and inserts

The Port Douglas Heart Meeting and Expo is offering complimentary registration to the first 50 Fellows in Training to register. Once these registrations have been exhausted the registration type will show as full.

Additional Trade Registration Includes:

Accommodation
When you register for the 2024 Port Douglas Heart Meeting and Expo you also have the ability to purchase accommodation at a discounted meeting rate. For information on the different hotels and offers check out the accommodation page here.
Payment
When you register you will have the option to pay now by credit card or pay later. If you select the pay later option you will be emailed a tax invoice with instructions on how to pay via direct deposit. Alternatively you are able to pay later via credit card by calling Cristina from Iceberg Events on 07 3876 4988.
Please note your registration will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
