Satchel Sponsorship includes:

  • One (1) x complimentary registration, where registration includes attendance at the welcome reception, plenary sessions and conference dinner
  • Your company's logo to appear on the front of the satchel bag alongside the MLSQ logo (organising committee's discretion as to logo being printed in full colour or mono)
  • Satchel bag will be sourced by the conference organisers. An artwork proof of the branding on the satchel bag will be sent to you prior to print production. Logo to be supplied by the sponsor in .EPS format.
  • 1 clothed trestle table and 2 x chairs (with space for maximum of 2 standard sized pull up banners) in catering area of the conference
  • Verbal recognition of Exhibitors by the MC
  • Exhibitor logo added to slide displayed during recess.
  • Conference Website - Logo, link and 100-word corporate message
  • Promotion in the program/handbook as exhibitor
  • Two (2) inserts (promotional flyer or corporate gift) to be placed into the conference satchel bag. Promotional flyer must be no larger than A4 size. Any corporate branded gifts must be approved by the conference organisers. (Sponsor to supply inserts)
  • Access to a full delegate list (full name, position and organisation only) at the conference (subject to delegate consent)
  • Exhibitor logo displayed on bottom of promotional e-newsletters from time payment is received right up until the conference
