Delegates will be arriving to the conference area from 8:00am

Trestle tables (183cm W x 78cm D x 74cm H) and 2 chairs will be provided
DELIVERY INFORMATION
** Satchel Insert Deliveries ** - must be delivered to the JW Marriott Gold Coast before Friday 16 August.
If satchel insert collateral is not received by 12.00pm Friday 16 August, there is no guarantee it can be packed.
Please allow for 150 inserts.
All exhibitors stand deliveries to JW Marriott:
JW Marriott will accept deliveries from Friday 9 August 2023 - 7 days prior to the event commencing.
EXHIBITOR BUMP OUT
The exhibition area can be packed down and vacated at the conclusion of the afternoon tea break on Saturday 17 August 2024. All exhibitors must be vacated by 5:00pm.
Return freight must be booked directly with your courier of choice (with consignment note printed and attached) upon the close of the conference. All labelled packages will be taken down to the loading dock ready for collection by your arranged courier. Please arrange your courier collection between Monday 19 August and Friday 23 August. Any items not labelled and left in your stand at the completion of the day will be considered rubbish.
NAME BADGE
For security purposes ALL exhibitor staff manning exhibition displays must be registered and wear an exhibitor name badge at all times while at the Conference
