The Medico-Legal Society of Queensland’s 2024 conference theme is “Follow the Leader? Medical Leadership and the Law".
Doctors all have leadership roles, whether as
part of a clinical team, head of a department, or director of a hospital or
practice. Understanding our potential liability and responsibilities, and
how to manage them, is increasingly important.
The MLSQ executive has invited pre-eminent experts from a range of professional disciplines who will together contemplate the relevant aspects of this topic. We are confident delegates will benefit not only from the practical guidance offered by our speakers but also the thoughtful discussion of these issues from various professional perspectives.
