Friday 22 September 2023: All sponsor representatives registered via the sponsor portal
Friday 22 September 2023: All sponsor representatives registered to attend the faculty dinner via the sponsor portal Friday 29 September 2023: Public Liability due via the sponsor portal
Friday 6 October 2023: Deliveries will be accepted at the GCCEC
Sunday 8 October 2023: Bump In in Exhibition Hall 4
Monday 9 October 2023: 7.00am Registration and Exhibition Hall Open 
Tuesday 10 October 2023: Faculty Dinner
Wednesday 11 October 2023: Bump Out in Exhibition Hall 4

Venue Information

The exhibition for ECHO Australia 2023 will again be held in Exhibition Hall 4 on the ground level of the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC).

Please ensure you have completed the Exhibitor Acknowledgement prior to arrival and read through all information provided to you by the GCCEC team. You must wear hi-vis safety vests and enclosed shoes during bump in and bump out. 

If you are providing delegate gifts/flyers please have these items located at your booth as there is no delegate satchel this year. 

Bump In: Sunday 8 October 1.00pm - 7.00pm
Bump Out: Wednesday 11 October 4.00pm - 5.30pm

Exhibition

Pyramid Displays are the official exhibition builders, if you have not received an email from Pyramid Displays prior to Monday 18 September 2023, please email Chloe at chloe@icebergevents.com.au. The team at Pyramid Displays will discuss your inclusions and options for customisation. 

Lead Management 

Please ensure you set up your lead management questions in the Exhibitor Portal prior to your arrival at ECHO Australia.

Faculty Dinner

The faculty dinner will again be held at Miss Moneypenny's Broad Beach from 6.30pm - 10.30pm on Tuesday 10 October. Please register your attendees via the registration form through the exhibitor portal. Please note the amount of tickets included reflected in the sponsorship prospectus. 

Program

Please view the program using the button below. The exhibition hall will be open to exhibitors half an hour prior to the registration desk opening each day. Exhibitors are responsible for deciding when they arrive each morning.
