Register team and book accommodation: Friday 13 September 
Freight will be accepted at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne: Wednesday 2 October 
Exhibitor bump in: Thursday 3 October 
Registration desk open: Thursday 3 October 
Welcome Reception: Thursday 3 October

VENUE INFORMATION

Use the 'exhibitor kit' button below to access the Grand Hyatt Melbourne exhibitor kit. Please read this information carefully as there are important details noted for freight management.

When sending freight ensure you attach the delivery label below to all packages. 

Please ensure your onsite team are prepared with access to courier delivery labels prior to bump out on Saturday 5 October. 

If you are sending satchel inserts please ensure the wording 'SATCHEL PACKING FREIGHT' is clearly written on the delivery label containing your satchel inserts. 


EXHIBITION SUPPLIER 

The exhibition supplier for CR24 is Exponet. A representative from Exponet will be reaching out in the coming weeks to discuss your specific requirements.

Please note your package includes the below (with the exception of the Principal Partner and Re-charge Zone Sponsor):

  • 1 trestle table (please let Chloe know if not required)
  • 2 chairs (please let Chloe know if not required)
  • booth fascia
  • 1 4amp power outlet
  • booth lighting
  • octanorm booth structure 

BUMP IN

Thursday 3 October
12.00pm - 3.30pm

If you are using external suppliers please have your supplier contact Exponet. 

Please note the Welcome Reception begins in the exhibition at 4pm, make sure your team is aware their space will need to be fully bumped in and tidy before this time. 


BUMP OUT

Saturday 5 October
3.00pm - 4.30pm

Please ensure your team are prepared to bump out with courier delivery labels and packing materials. 


EXHIBITION HOURS

The exhibition will be accessible to the delegates from the time the registration desk opens each day. Please decide on your teams onsite hours accordingly. 


LEAD MANAGEMENT 

Lead management will be managed via the conference app and exhibitor portal. Please use the button below for instructions on how to appropriately set up your lead management within the exhibitor portal.
